I signed up for a $9.95 trial and was later charged $59.16!!! I read all the terms and conditions, this was completely unauthorized! I'm very upset about this loss of money and being a victim to internet fraud so I found a site where you can report it to the government for further investigation. If you have had this happen to you, PLEASE take the time to do this:

I have read all the complaints about their customer service and further charges upon request of refunds, so I haven't even bothered to call them, Im just hoping enough people will report their story, so instantcheckmate will be DONE with and this won't continue or happen to anyone else.
