Eglobal wireless no customer support no one answers the main line not call backs

I ordered some tablets and was concerned about the item. I called the company number which is posted on the web site. They claimed to be customer service orientated, I left a few messages with no return call. After three days of calling and emails with automatic email replies. I cancelled the order via email and voice mail. A week later i get a email with some agent phone numbers, I called after two tries i get someone on the phone so I can confirm cancelation of a order that they never processed. They send me a email after two weeks that my order was shipped. I got off the phone with someone saying that they know and have noted the order but they still sent it. Now I refused the package and am fighting with them to remove the charges. Over all don't by anything from them I wish I never put my card number down.
