I found this site where I could receive a vin report for 2.95. After I entered my debit information, I checked the form and my email address was entered incorrectly, so I called them immediately. The rep said that he would change the email, and to check it after 15 minutes. I never received the vin report. When I called back after my debit card had been charged with they refused to refund my 2.95. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they were conveniently in a meeting. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes both times I called. The connection was awful. I was also calling to cancel my subscription, so a charge of 29.95 would not be charged. The cancellation was completed and had to strain to hear the confirmation no. When I asked them to send to my email, they didn't respond, and continued to give me a verbal confirmation. They may not even have access to email. This company needs to be shut down.
