The company took an order from me for a Sauna, then brought a damaged box that was wet and buldging at the bottom with hundreds of pieces of glass pouring out of the truck onto the driveway. I refused to accept the product as the drivers attempted to unload it. Both the driver and I cut our hands on the broken glass trying to move the box from side to side and push it back into the truck.

The drivers tried to convince me to accept the product and deal with it as a return, but I refused delivery.

After seeing how they handle the sauna in shipment with barely any packaging protection I requested an immediate refund. I called and emailed over and over and each time I got a different story on why they need to investigate the trucking company and the claim, although they admit they have the product back in their warehouse and I never received it. They told me I would have my credit card refunded 15 days from mid december, now today they say it will take another 30-60 days to process the refund.

I don't believe it takes this long to refund a charge posted on 11/24 and believe this is a fraudulent attempt to keep my money.

Please record this complaint and do what ever you can to get my money back and not let this happen to anyone else
