Purchased the $4.95 starter pack on 4/4. Found a charge on my account today for $109.67. Called to request a refund and they first refused to offer a refund. He told me they will not accept a return without an RMA number and refused to give me the RMA number to return the product. After I mentioned that those practices are illegal and I never authorized the charge they offered a $40 credit and additional product. I advised the rep that I was recording the phone call discussion and asked him to verify that they would not accept the return nor credit a refund. He placed me on hold again and finally offered the full refund back. I received three emails, 1. Verification of refund, 2. Verification of cancellation, and 3. RMA number and return address. Rep advised me that refund would take 5-7 days to process.
