Watch out for the corporation! Don't purchase from their website, they're scams! I bought and taken care of an extremely costly mattress back at the start of December out of this organization.initially anything was good. They shipped a great deal later than suggested within their site but atleast it got delivered. Once the product reached my house the entire headboard was damaged from top-to-bottom. It was an enormous furniture piece-nearly 7' high & evaluating more than 200 lb. I had been informed a couple weeks later via mail the alternative had delivered. After I went online to check on the standing of the cargo & realized that they'd delivered a footboard, not the headboard that was broken. I instantly informed Cymax & discovered that yes, they'd reshipped the incorrect product. I had been guaranteed the proper product could be reordered however now that months have passed by there's no conversation, no indicator of the substitute arriving. They've had my $2060 for nearly a few months. I've required a termination towards the purchase & a reimbursement of my income. They're whipping round the bush & stating that'll not be feasible, etc. Etc. Is there any kind of appropriate motion that may be drawn in a scenario such as this?
