I was falling behind in my mortgage, than i try to do a modification loan with my bank, which i could'n do it my self. So I was refer to this company which i contact right away, then they told me that they will try to do a modification loan for me or if doesn't go through they will purchase the house, through some real state investors but during the time of the negotiations, i have to pay $700.00 a month for seventh months. With $5000.00 to start it then later on I will get the house back in my name. After all I ended up losing my house into foreclosure.
