I ordered three 7" Androids as last minute Christmas presents on 12/19 from this site which promised arrival before Christmas. I had also ordered two flash drives. On the 23rd, UPS delivered a package that contained the flash drives, but not the androids. It was not until the following Wednesday until the piece of junk androids came. Luckily my kids are older and understand the dishonesty one can run across in life.
I immediately got online and checked out the return policy, which was when I found out about the 25% they keep on returns. I am not sure they required exceptance to their policy beforehand or not.
The three androids were different with respect to what they contained, they were scratched on the touch screen, one would not connect to the internet, and the touch screen required a lot of force to get it to move or select anything. The manual does not explain how to adjust this, but I don't think it can be adjusted.
I completed an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and it was approved in an email, but the link that has a return form with the magic required number on it is not found anywhere on the page associated with the link.
