I ordered this product in the summer to help relieve a contact dermatology problem that my wife and i were both experiencing. The product provided no help at all. Then most recently, I tried it again to help with a planters wart on my foot. This is a problem which they advertise as curing within 10 days. The only thing this product managed to do was dirty my socks and the carpet. I think think this product is more than just useless because it promises hope when people are in pain & discomfort. I contacted the company about a refund and they refused on the basis that I was outside of the 90 day warranty period. Sorry, but I couldn't schedule this planters wart within the 90 day period. So, I'm asking how we take this complaint to the next level? There seems to be a lot of people with similar experiences. There must be State & Federal Agencies which regulate this kind of thing. Personally, I'm prepared to invest a considerable amount of time on this as a matter of principal.
