By submitting any content (including without limitation your photograph) to our Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us, and our licensees, affiliates and successors, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, and modify such content or incorporate into other works such content, and to grant and to authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.
Read that closely: your picture, is owned by them when you submit it, and they can sub-license (sell your picture to anybody) it. They are also allowed to modify it, and incorporate it in other works (like find your picture as a dating bot on another website).
Just wanted to warn any men and women out there that by posting a pic your giving them the legal right to take that picture and do whatever they want with it.
