Went in to test drive a Chrysler Pacifica to ensure that is what I wanted to buy as a CASH purchase. Sales guy took copy of drivers license and wrote down info without saying a word about any credit check. Walked away from desk came back a few minutes later saying the vehicle I was inquiring about wasn't the right vehicle fro me and that I could not test drive asking if I was aware of my credit situation. Now I have those few points docked on my credit report that should not be there when I specifically said I was going to pay cash for the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Now they have lost a cash sale and any referals that I may have made to anyone.
