An ideal candidate will surely poses excellent customer service, computer and communication skills, perfect written and spoken English and is extremely capable in delivering a high quality service. We are looking for a person older than 21. High school education is encouraged; nevertheless, if you are somewhat thorough student this might be your good shot. Previous experience is a great plus, but smart, willing, hardworking and enthusiastic candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Job duties include:
• Receiving mail and packages at home address 9am-4pm
• Collection of various scale packages and mail from the post office
• Processing of an order
• Package content verification
• Control and report to management
• Shipping packages from local Post Office everyday
• Contact with management team
Be advised, constant online status in combination with permanent reports are obligatory requirement.
Candidates should also be familiar with data input systems and be ready to work on service improvement.
