The USPS carrier pickup service does not work. I've submitted requests through the online webform twice and no one came to get my packages. Not only did they not pick up my packages, they sent me an e-mail saying they did and the pick up was successful. Hello! How am I still looking at the box?
The customer service line directs you to the local branch that handles the request and the local branch just tells you what you want to hear and nothing gets done. I ended up having to bring the packages to the post office myself and delaying the shipping 3 days because USPS kept promising that someone would come by and no one did.
