Replying to add on net for Free Trial. Payment for packaging and postage only. My Credit card statement arrived today showing two entries 25th Nov for €7.10 and 9th Dec for €89.90.
Just been on to credit card company, they can't stop it. You need to return sample by registered post, email them that you are cancelling any agreement and telling them that you are not authorising them to debit your card in the future. Keep photo copies of all letters etc. This will not stop, they will hit you again and again.
