I want to share with you my negative experience with this Union Telecom. They lie and took everybody money without reasons. They will took a deposit of $38.00 or 39.00. I don’t remembered exactly how much, initially from your credit card but for any reason if you would like to cancel the service you may have it back only after 120 days. But the sale person will tell you different story by issuing you credit back without any delay or waiting time. There are more than 33% extra fees and charges every month, the rounding time always over the actual used time by about 30%. So I will not recommend anyone to deal with this cheating company, no trust to what they said. Always surprise you with a big bill.
