Googled North Face & the TNF-JACKET website came up. Went on site and all looked laget. Ordered jacket and gloves to a total of $160.39. I was also charged a shipping fee of $4.81. I sent a email inquring on a delivery date and received a response that I will received a tracking number when order was sent. I was charged a shipping charged, but I still have not received my product, which was a Christmas gift. I do a lot of online shopping, so this is very disappointing to me. During a time when money is short how do people do this. How do I get my money back?
