You order Grout Bully. They offer you a "free" one with one purchased. They $7.95 per bottle sent is added, however when you check out the total S&H price is not shown. They say it will be charged once shipped. I would NEVER have ordered if they showed a $132.15 S&H non refundable!!!
I was charged $132.15 (non-refundable) for $90 worth of product that is crap. It looks like shoe polish but doesn't even come out. When I tried to call, after a recording saying it could be recorded the phone hangs up. So I must pay to have it shipped back plus no refund on this $132.15 S&H. So sending this product back will cost me a loss of $150!!! This is a scam! Buyer beware.
