I had heard how great this product works to clean grout and was willing to try it because my wife had tried almost everything else. I accepted the double shipping charges because of the "free" second bottle, but upon finishing the order I was also charged for a "contractor kit" that I did not order. The order number appears only once and never shows anywhere on the paperwork or acknowledgements. There apparently is no way to contact them. To convince myself that this is not a good company, I tried again using enough misspellings to confuse their billing process but this time I was not charged for the contractor kit.
Because it was Sunday and today is a legal holiday, I have not followed up YET. My plan is to try hard to contact them and if I have no results, I will work with the credit card company to refuse the charges.
