I received a phone call from 281-217-0241 on 1/2. I was instructed to press 1 to speak with a representative who could help lower my credit card interest rate to 6% based on my excellent credit history. I pressed 1 to speak with the representative, try to figure out which company was calling, whether it was fraudulent or not, and request no further calls from the company. As soon as I started asking questions about the company the representative worked for, he continually tried distracting me with his "offers". When I told the representative that I did not want to receive any further calls from the company, I was immediately hung up upon. I immediately called the phone number back and was not able to reach anyone.instead, I heard a female automated response say, "the mailbox of Mike Gunderson is currently full and cannot receive any messages at this time". I called back several more times but only received the automated message. I have no doubt that Mike Gunderson at 281-217-0241 was trying to fraudulently collect personal/banking information about me and many others he targeted with a similar phone call.
