Purchased a product via amazon that was received damaged. Contacted the seller via amazon. After 7 days, the seller did not respond so initiated the a-z refund policy. ONLY After receiving the bad rating via amazon, the seller called from 1-818-536-7353. The man who called refused to give his name and ID'd himself as the owner. He refused to exchange the damaged product until we removed his bad rating. He went on to berate me and call me names when I refused to be bullied and let him know I was going to notify amazon of his agressive tactics. He stated amazon would not do anything and at the end of the day he had his money and hung up. Amazon has sent me an email letting me know that I will receive a full refund by 9/3
