I recently ordered some merchandise from the Levi's web site and it is has been nothing but problems. When the order arrived the packing slip was correct but all of the merchandise was wrong. I understand that these things happen, so I called their customer service line where I was told to call back in 2 days. Seriously? That was the only answer I could get. I then emailed their customer service who responded that it is their protocol to wait on missing packages and it could be at the neighbors. The package is not missing, they sent the wrong merchandise. All I want is to return the wrong merchandise and get a refund. Ordering from Levi's has really been a nightmare.
