Approximately 17th Dec I ordered a "free" sample of Perfect Radiance skin cream (post and packing £2.95) and also Revitaderm (post and packing £2.97). One arrived the next day, the other the day afterwards. I was concerned that there was no literature included, such as feedback on the results I experienced, or where to buy more and for what cost. Upon further investigation on my computer I realised this was a scam. I immediately phoned my credit card company to explain, and stop my card. Too late. My account had been charged £74.95 on 29th Dec barely a week after receiving the product. I am now waiting to hear from the credit card company as I have put the charge made into dispute. I wanted to cancel the card and have it re-issued but this has not happened. Maybe I will have to insist.
