I had my Vacuum cleaner repaired by Sears. Which is currently under extended warranty. It took them a month to call me and tell me to pick it up. When I got it. It was broken, I mean physically broken. I was very surprised by that. I called Sears but no one would take ownership of the situation. I called like 10 times. No joke, at least 10 times. 4 Times they (real people) hung up on me and other times automated system would not get me to the right department. Overall very not happy with Sears and no wonder people dont like to shop at Sears and it is going out of business in some areas. They are closing 150 stores nationwide.
