When a trainee at Werner is sexually assaulted by one of their Certified Trainers, they hide him, keep information from the victim. They tell us to call the police, but will not help the victom or police in apprehending him. They protect his privacy, but put the victims information on their computers to be accessed by other administration. Then quietly terminate her, for a clitch in policy (by the book as Larry Donely my dispatcher said to me).
Meanwhile, they blackball you by bad referencing and bogus claims on their DACs. There is currently an EEOC report on file.
They do not apologize, nor give you time off to get help or councling for such ordeals.
