I was fired at Werner for "Falure to progress as a trainee" after only six days OTR training! I had no tickets, DOT inspections, or anything! The training coordinator wanted to know why I didn't go with the flow while driving in Chicago, and I told him I didn't have an 85 MPH truck. They took 386 miles off my tally on line 3 and put it on my trainers log!
