These folks prey on our seniors. My mother took a phone call from CAP where they coerced into thinking that they would protect her from consumer scams. When in fact they were scamming her. She is 93 years old and hard of hearing. She did give them her bank number as she thought she needed their service. Then a self made bank draft with her wrong address was made up and $398 was drawn out of her checking account. Nothing has come in the mail for her money... Nothing has been done to replace the money after 100s of calls to 888 408 4753 rebecca stills... A 3rd party consumer interface helper to get the money back.
