I requested a free trial from this company and immediately cancelled my order by email and letter. I received a refund for the trial cost and an email accepting my cancellation and requested I refuse to accept any parcels. I have received no parcels and have been charged $69.95 for each of the two products for November and December. I have been unable to email them back as the email address will not work and the telephone numbers do not work either.
