Snowblower broken. Tech was supposed to arrive between 8am to 12am finally called and said could not arrive untill 9pm. There are a series of events that are causing much mental disparity. If you are concerned call 1 8606084094 if no one answers leave a message with a valid phone number from someone that can accept the responsibility for a contract violation. I am not a happy camper and want my equipment repaired like i pay my bills. On time and with dignity (if you can not comply with this request, please contact me so i can have somebody pick up a gratus new tractor and snowblower
