I ordered MS Office 2007 Home and Student. The add said I would be sent a download link and the disk would be sent to me. I didn't receive the download and the contact information was bogus. The recording said all operators were busy but couldn't take my call. Referred me to the IM operator or email. Both were dead-ends. Do not order anything from them!!! Their prices are cheaper for a reason.
