Via PayPal, on March 18, I purchased online, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007
, for the amount of $69.99.

The purchase was for a maximum of three downloads on my personal home computers. I was able to download one time. Recently, my computer had to be reformatted, therefore erasing all applications from the hard drive. When I attempted to download the Microsoft Office Home, the product key code was found to be invalid. I tried online search of the web link provided in the original communication at time of purchase and it was found to be an invalid address.

I then attempted to call the telelphone number given (866) 888-9189 and it was not operative. Also tried online ([email protected]) with negative results.

This was a total SCAM. Never again with me, I will pay full retail and receive a disk at Office Depot.
