On December 3rd I placed an order at kelly-mall/info (fashion shoes) for a pair of Blowfish Champ Black Street Denim shoes, size 6.5. I did not recieve any confirmation from this company regarding the shipment of my order nor did I recieve a tracking number, however, I have already been charged on my credit card the amount of $24.64 for that purchase. After 5 different attempts at comunicating with the them (3 through the "contact us" page and 2 via e-mail), I have not recieved any response from them and the item has not been shipped to me.
I recently filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back and am still waiting for a response.
