Ordered the 7" notebook and the 2 year extended warantee. Received the notebook without any warantee or whom to contact if there was a problem. Have left numerous calls and emails before Christmas so I could give this as a gift without passing on a problem—no response. I previously set up an account and saw that they "closed" my inquiry but I have yet to receive any reply by email or snail mail. Today I tried logging in to "My Account" without success; including having them reset my password. Who are these people?
