I got a call from a guy telling I am selected for an offer of a walmart card and grocery card for only 2.95 $ and along with that I will get trial offers of some membership cards which could be used in big retailers like Old Navy, Macy's, Kohls etc. I refused many times but he kept on calling me... Then at last frustrated I acepeted the offer as he said I need not pay a penny more than 2.95$... But then my credit card got charged for $25 and $49.96 and when I disputed this they are claiming I have accepted this offer over call. When I ask them to cancel they are asking me to may more than $ 200. Please help me how to get rid of this scam. I have asked my bank not to pay anything out of my credit card to this company, but I am concerned if this fraud company can have a past due and spoil my credit score if my membership is not cancelled and they couldnt charge my credit card
