I purchased a pair of boots and purse. I requested a status on my order 12/20. I received a response 12/21 indicating my order had been shipped. I responded to their response 12/21 requesting tracking information. I have yet to receive another response. I attempted to access their website but it does not exist anymore. I then followed up with an email to helps. [email protected], but no response as of yet.
Please provide info as to what I can do to get a refund. My email is (Personal Information Removed)
