I placed my order with cables.com on 9/29. On 9/30 I requested a tracking number and received no response. I emailed again asking for a tracking number on 10/4 and received a vague response from the Vice President Vikas, "We are working on it now".
I enquired as to why it hadn't shipped and continued to receive no answers to my question. I then requested that he cancel my order. As you might have guessed his response was, "Chad, The package was picked up by the USPS. We thank you again for your order. Regards, Vik".
I asked him to issue an RMA and received no response. I sent another email saying, "Vik, Am I to assume from your lack of response that you have refunded my money and issued an RMA I am yet to receive? Chad" I received no response. I sent this email, "Ok. I have been left no choice but to dispute payment through my pay pal account."
Vikas finally responded with, "Let me know if we can be of any assistance. The website is paypal.com.".
I have never been so disgusted with customer service as I have with this downright taunting response.
I will never purchase from cables.com again.
