I applied for a loan to get my daughter a present because I didn’t have the money. They called me back from a 662 number asked me a few questions then told me I would have the money by tomorrow, Checked my account instead it was -400 because I have overdraft, instead of me getting money they took making my account overdrawn... When I try to contact the company all I get is we are experiencing a high volume of calls please leave your name and number and someone will return your call and no one ever returned my call. I Had to close my Checking account. This needs to STOP
