When i applied online they asked me for all account information such as routing number as well as checking account number i was told my money would be deposited into my account within 24 hours. I had still to see the money deposited as of today 12/1, i called customer service they said they could not give me my information on the phone such as information i provided to them ex: social security, bank acct number and routing number. They stated funds were transferred but they have not. You call a special number they have that is for transfers acct dept some woman answers and asks you to enter your social security number then they hang up the call mind you I called them more than 6 times. I had to change my acct numbers as well as close acct number used for this purpose. ITs a big hoax and someone needs to do something you have foreign people that can hardly speak english to answer or even try to help and have no answers. Dont enter any of your info like i did big mistake
