I work up one morning and found 3 random charges to my bank account. 2 from Encore club Membership and 1 from American leisures. All wanting 19.80 each. And to top it off it caused my account to overdraft. When I talked to my bank about they gave me numbers to try calling and see what it is was about. However, the numbers that showed up to my account where people's personal home numbers. So I don't know how they are or how to get a hold of them. The information I have posted here for American Leisure I don't know if it is right or not but it was what I found online when I researched them.
My Boyfriend and I are looking to sue these people cause last we knew this stuff is illegal and him and I are possibly looking at being kicked out of our apartment. So if anyone wants to go in with us on this contact me (if their is a way too)
