Same as everyone else... Saw the ad on Craigslist, asked him a few questions to make sure he knew something about carpentry, signed contract and sent him the deposit. Many emails & calls later, nothing. The police refuse to help even when we have useful leads for them. Lawyers would take everything if they tracked him down and brought him to court. The only chance is to catch him in the act; get to his PO box before he changes it again.
