I payed the $69 fee to get a credit card - supposedly sent in 10-14 business days. Thr phone number I called after the 14 days were up was always busy, then finally someone answered and told me the card was in transit. I received an an email saying to fill out the info below for a refund, but there was nothing to fill out. It also said to call the number on the back of the card I used for payment to get a credit. After that, I tried calling again and the system was down and being expanded. Now, the recording just says they are closed. And still nothing.
