Well if only I knew before I order. I order a pair if there so called real UGGS on Decemeber 15, then after the fact started to research the company and came across this website loaded with nothing good to say. HUH I got my boots on Monday and wow, they are not even suede, they are some sort of cheap material that looks like the couch material from the 70's. I emailed them for their return address, and I got back a message tell me that they are real UGGS and that it is not worth expense to send them back and not to contact my credit card company because the credit card company will be hurt and so will they. What does that mean? Anyways I replied that no I want the return address and I will judge what cost to much and to return my money. The company needs to be shut down, they should not even be allowed to be in business. I certainly learned my lesson not to order anything on line that looks like a good deal.
