Just a warning to all, I don't want anyone else buying a knock-off without them knowing what they are getting into. I recently purchased a pair of Uggs Bailey Button Triplets in sand from www.fashionuggscanada.com. The website seemed as if it could have been official, they certainly uses photos of real Ugg boots, but when you get them they are not even sheepskin boots.
The first thing I noticed that the boots are some sort of suede with fur on the inside, likely artificial cause it comes off really easy. Sheepskin is one piece, the fur is naturally attatched to the skin, the boots I received are definitely a faux fur fused to a suede.
The othe major difference is the quality of the markings on the sole. The real Ugg soles have sharp clean lines. The boots I received have a blurred logo.
The boots I bought don't look horribly bad, I just don't believe in buying knok offs. I went against my better judgement and bought from a website I didn't really beleive was trust worthy. I only bought cause it was a referral.
Only buy your Uggs if you are looking for the real thing from either the store, other retail stores that only sell high end items, or those locations official websites. Any other site is not selling real Uggs.
I knew better and I was riped off, never again will I make that mistake. I will trust my instinct next time.
