I ordered a pair of rain boots for my husband from this company on December 6. The charge went on my credit card instantly. Weeks later, I have no boots to put under the tree. I have tried multiple times to contact the company via their website. They do not offer a phone number. The site says someone will contact me within 12 hours, 5 days later nothing. I also never got an e-mail confirming shipment or a tracking number... I am very disappointed and have come to conclude this company is a fraud!!! Do not use this company.
