My wife asked for a sample bottle of skin product. I paid $1.99 over the internet October 13th. We were then charged $84.71 on October 28th, and a further $89.66 on November 12th. Have yet to receive December's Credit Card statement. Some small bottles arrived at odd times. Phoned UK telephone number today [lady at other end sounded as if overseas somewhere] and demanded immediate cancellation of any contract. She advised that my wife had contracted to receive regular bottles as she had not said 'No' 2 weeks after trying initial product.
