BOA is holding my insurance claim check. If they would have endorsed the check I would be able to pay down the heloc I used to finance the original repairs to my investment property. Now I have to use my heloc to fund the insurance claim repairs while I wait for them to inspect and allot me funds to make repairs. If BOA is going to hold my funds and waste my time jumping through their hoops they should compensate me for interest plus my time.
