I applied for the card back on Nov 4th. My girlfriend ordered her card Nov 23 and then my friend ordered one Nov 28. We never received the card. I had called them serveral times expressing my concern and they always said that it was on its way and that they were also refunding the money but I havnt gotten that either. Now all of a sudden there is NOWAY of getting in touch with them at all! I called the number, now the offices are closed. There are no extensions, and I sent them email and it was returned. I even had a conversation with the lady there that I could have applied for a different credit card company, being so close to xmas Id never get that card in time for the holidays. We have filed a complaint with BBB as well as with The Internet Crime Complaint Center online (Internet Fraud), the local police and our banks. There has got to be more that can be done... They shouldnt get away with scamming so many people! I mean really at Christmas time? They took advantage of us... Now lets all take advantage of EVERYTHING we can to get them locked up!!
