right away upon seeing the foreign customer service number, i knew i had gotten into a jam. Money was withdrawn from my bank account and than i waited patiently for an email from the company regarding the whereabouts of my purchase. Its now 12/17 and im still waiting. Tried to contact the website and they only have available email, no direct number. Ive sent the numerous emails and have yet to recieve at least one from them. STAY AWAY from this website, ive learned the hard way. If you want a particular jersey, just go straight to nfl.com and SAFELY order from them. Hope this story has a happy ending and ill receive my purchase, but until now, it seems that its turned into a nightmare!
