Ordered a pair of uggs for my girlfriend for her birthday on the 22nd of november it is now the 17th of december and still have yet to reicieve them. They charged my bank account. I tryed to contact but no number, there was an email address so i emailed them and i actually got a reply after about a week. It said it takes 10days to deliver. I replyed to the email demanding the tracking number and more information because the had overcharged my bank account. But i have still yet to reiceve a reply or my uggs.
