Web site came up from Target's homepage. Order 2 netbooks for grandchildren. Received a confirmation order with billing and payment information. Order was not delivered on date it was suppose to. Attempted to go back into my account to track delivery, but was unable to. Called and e-mailed through customer service and phone number posted on web site. Only was able to leave messages. Did not receive any response from e-mails or blogs to them. Did some checking and found that they have been reported in the past.
