I responded to a trial offer to try both Lean Cleanse and Lean Slim on Nov 7/11 for a shipping charge of $4.95 U.S. For each product. Life has been hectic, for I have a daughter going through treatments for breast cancer and I forgot all about the order. About 3.5 weeks later, a parcel arrived in the mail—it was my Lean Slim order. I opened the envelope but did not open either product—I wasn't feeling well and thought it not a good idea to go ahead and try it at this time. About another week and a half later, I received my Mastercard bill. I was shocked to see charges of $184.67 billed to me on Nov 20/11. I sent an email to express my shock and displeasure, but was told that I had to call a customer service rep. I few days later, when I finally had time, I called. They had already billed me for another shipment in the month of December. I asked if it had been shipped yet and he said that it had not. I expressed my displeasure with how they did business and finally got him to say that they would reverse December charges but they were only allowed to refund one set of charges and I was stuck with the November billing. I am so angry I am vibrating. Lately, every time I turn around someone is trying to rip me off and take money that I have to work very hard to earn. I am sick of it.
